01 / Choose your show floor

One regional partner.
Two distinct venues.

Whether you’re exhibiting in Baltimore, Washington or both, GVC can plan the rental and its support. Each venue gets its own production, service and freight plan based on your actual event.

Baltimore, Maryland

Baltimore Convention Center

One West Pratt Street
Baltimore, MD 21201

Build your Baltimore booth around the products, demonstrations and conversations that matter. GVC can develop the rental exhibit and coordinate the freight and show services for your assigned space.

Plan for this venue

Start with your hall, booth location and exhibitor kit. Baltimore’s planning resources include floor plans and service-order information; freight still needs to follow the event’s delivery instructions and assigned move-in window.

Washington, DC

Walter E. Washington Convention Center

801 Mt. Vernon Place NW
Washington, DC 20001

Bring a focused brand experience to your Washington, DC event. We can plan rental architecture, graphics, meeting areas and product displays around your audience, then connect the design with the event’s operational requirements.

Plan for this venue

Confirm the assigned exhibit hall, service orders and any design approvals before production. Events DC publishes exhibitor requirements and service information; we coordinate your rental plan with those resources and the current show manual.

Venue addresses and map links are for visitor planning. Use your event’s designated warehouse or show-site delivery instructions for exhibit freight.

02 / Your brand. Your footprint.

Rent the exhibit.
Make the space yours.

A rental can give your team a custom presence without purchasing the full exhibit structure. We develop the design around your goals, then scope the production and services needed to deliver it.

01

Custom design. Rental flexibility.

Use modular aluminum architecture, including beMatrix b62, as the foundation for a booth shaped around your brand. Inline and island layouts can incorporate custom counters, product displays and meeting spaces.

02

Graphics, lighting + custom details.

Fabric graphics and custom fabrication give the exhibit its character. We can integrate lighting, monitors and other technology into the scope, with a pre-show preview planned at our Southampton facility.

03

The booth and the show book.

GVC can coordinate freight, installation and dismantle, service orders and on-site supervision. Your account team brings the design, production schedule and show requirements into one plan.

Built in Southampton.
Ready for your
Baltimore or DC show.

Our facility just north of Philadelphia connects exhibit design, production, graphics and asset care under one roof. Baltimore and Washington sit within the same East Coast region, giving your program a regional production and freight base.

Meet the team, review materials and plan a pre-show preview at GVC. Your account team can then coordinate the agreed shipment, installation support and return with the people who prepared the exhibit.

04 / Make both stops work together

Two shows?
Build one program.

05 / Baltimore + DC rental questions

Let’s work out
the details.

Start with the show, the space and what you want to accomplish.

Does GVC offer trade show booth rentals throughout the DMV?

Yes. GVC supports rental exhibit programs in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, as well as Baltimore. That includes the Baltimore Convention Center and Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Share your specific venue, event dates, footprint and budget so we can review rental availability, design and show services.

Where is GVC based?

GVC’s design, fabrication and warehouse facility is at 60 James Way, Suite 8, Southampton, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia. We support Baltimore and Washington, DC as part of our Mid-Atlantic and nationwide exhibit programs. The venue links above show routes from our facility and current travel estimates.

Can one rental program cover a Baltimore show and a DC show?

Yes, we can plan a program across both cities. We review the dates, footprints, graphics, inventory availability and turnaround time to determine what can be reused or reconfigured. Back-to-back events may need a different freight or rental plan from shows several weeks apart.

Can we preview the exhibit before it leaves for the show?

A pre-show preview can be arranged at GVC in Southampton as part of the project schedule. Confirm the scope and date with your account team so you can review the layout, graphics and key details before shipment.

What costs should a Baltimore or DC rental proposal include?

Review the rental structure, design, graphics, custom fabrication, flooring, technology, freight and labor. Confirm which show-management services are included and which venue or contractor charges are separate. Regional production does not eliminate material handling, installation or venue-service fees.

How do we start a rental project with GVC?

Send your show name, venue, dates, booth dimensions, floor plan and budget range. Tell us what your visitors need to see or do, and include the exhibitor manual if available. We’ll review the creative direction, rental availability, deadlines and service needs together.
