Make a technical product unforgettable
Yuasa wanted more than product shelves inside a 20′ × 20′ footprint. The exhibit needed to connect batteries with the motorcycles, ATVs and outdoor vehicles they power—then create a setting distinctive enough to stop attendees in a busy powersports show hall.

Rental efficiency. Custom character.
GVC combined reusable aluminum rental architecture with custom-cut scenery, 3D-printed details, immersive graphics and authentic material cues. The result felt purpose-built for Yuasa without sacrificing the practical efficiencies of a rental exhibit system.
A modular rental framework created the tall lodge-inspired architecture, broad graphic surfaces and open island plan while supporting an efficient installation and dismantle.
Oversized trees, woodland animals and a purpose-built canoe product display translated the outdoor theme into memorable dimensional landmarks throughout the footprint.
Specially fabricated wildlife accents and scenic details added texture, personality and discovery moments that standard rental components could not provide.
Dye-sublimated fabric graphics and premium large-format monitors connected the environment to Yuasa's powersports applications, innovation story and product performance.
Turf, stone and timber visuals, warm wood surfaces and planted accents made the 20×20 island feel less like a booth and more like a destination outdoors.

One accountable team
GVC managed the operational program behind the environment—from the show book and advance deadlines through freight, labor and installation. With those details coordinated under one team, Yuasa could arrive ready to focus on customers, products and the AIM Expo audience.

The finished experience
Every component reinforced the outdoor-powersports story: the hanging sign established presence, scenic architecture created atmosphere, product displays encouraged discovery and open hospitality areas made it easy to continue the conversation.
“Our exhibit absolutely knocked it out of the park. The executive team was thrilled with the finished result and couldn't praise the impact enough!”
