Yes. GVC designs and fabricates custom, rental and hybrid exhibit programs, then coordinates shipping, show services, installation, dismantle and post-show asset management for Javits Center events.
For a custom island or a new exhibit program, four to six months is a comfortable starting point. Smaller rentals and updates may need less time, but show-service discounts and approval deadlines can arrive well before move-in.
Yes. We can coordinate the carrier, show contractor requirements, material handling, installation and dismantle labor, and the return or onward shipment after the show. The exact plan follows the current organizer manual.
Often, yes. We review the available footprint, height and building rules, then determine what can be reused, reconfigured, reprinted or supplemented for the new space.
