Visitor directions are for planning a visit. Exhibit freight follows your show’s designated delivery locations and schedule.

Meet the team. See the build.

Schedule a visit to our Southampton facility to review materials, graphics and exhibit details with the people preparing your rental. Plan a pre-show preview before the booth heads into Philadelphia.

Keep the exhibit close to the show.

Your rental program can start in Greater Philadelphia, with local production and a regional freight plan. We coordinate delivery around your event’s warehouse instructions, move-in windows and contractor requirements.

Have your production team nearby.

Design, fabrication, graphics and account management work together at GVC. If a detail changes, your project team can assess the options with the shop close to the Philadelphia show floor.

02 / Rent the structure. Make it yours.

A rental built
around your brand.

Bring the impact of a custom exhibit to your Philadelphia event without purchasing the full structure. We develop the rental around what you need the space to do, then plan the details that bring it to the floor.

01

Custom design + rental structure

Modular aluminum framing, including beMatrix b62, gives us a flexible foundation for inline and island exhibits. We shape the layout around your products, conversations and available footprint.

02

Your brand in every detail

Branded graphics, counters, product displays and custom fabrication make the space yours. Lighting, monitors and other technology can be included where they support the experience.

03

Show management + local coordination

Add show-book management, freight coordination, installation-and-dismantle coordination and on-site supervision to the agreed scope. One GVC team connects the rental build with the show plan.

Rental flexibility.
Custom character.

For Yuasa Battery, GVC transformed a 20×20 rental island into an outdoor-inspired environment with custom scenery, graphics and product displays, supported by GVC show management.

Planning a Pennsylvania Convention Center exhibit? We bring that same approach to your brief: design for the brand, build for the footprint and coordinate the show.

05 / Philadelphia rental questions

Before we build.

A few practical answers for your PA Convention Center rental.

Does GVC rent booths for the Pennsylvania Convention Center?

Yes. GVC designs custom rental exhibits for Pennsylvania Convention Center events, with graphics, custom fabrication and show-service coordination available as part of your project. Send us your show name, dates and booth size to discuss a rental program.

Where is GVC in relation to the convention center?

Our design, fabrication and warehouse facility is at 60 James Way, Suite 8, Southampton, PA 18966, in Bucks County just north of Philadelphia. The Pennsylvania Convention Center is in Center City at 1101 Arch Street. Use the directions link above for the current route and travel estimate.

Can we preview the rental exhibit at GVC?

A pre-show preview can be planned at our Southampton facility as part of your project schedule. It gives your team a chance to review the layout, graphics and key details before the exhibit ships. Confirm the preview scope and date with your GVC account team.

Can we install our rental booth ourselves?

Rental components can have different labor requirements from exhibitor-owned equipment. We review the current Pennsylvania Convention Center work rules and your event’s exhibitor manual, then coordinate the appropriate installation and dismantle plan. Confirm the labor scope before budgeting for self-installation.

Does a local rental eliminate freight or material-handling charges?

No. A local production base can simplify the transport plan, but freight, material handling, labor and venue services still need to be budgeted. Your proposal should distinguish GVC’s rental and service scope from organizer, contractor and venue charges.

What do you need to quote our Philadelphia rental exhibit?

Share the event name, show dates, booth dimensions, booth number or floor plan, budget range and your main goals. Include the exhibitor manual if you have it. We’ll review design needs, rental availability, production time and show requirements before confirming the scope.
