01 / THE ASSIGNMENT

Make every surface worth exploring

Turn product breadth into focused discovery.

TileBar needed an elevated environment for introducing new products to the hospitality design community. GVC organized the island as a walkable showroom—giving every collection the space, light and context to be understood while maintaining a polished, gallery-like experience.

02 / THE GVC SOLUTION

Efficient construction. Premium presentation.

Engineered to build simply. Lit to sell beautifully.

GVC paired modular aluminum architecture with crisp white finishes, custom product panels and a high-output LED lighting package. The system reduced installation complexity while giving TileBar the refined, high-end setting its newest collections deserved.

01

Modular aluminum frame system

A precise, reusable framework simplified installation and dismantle while creating a clean architectural grid for a broad product collection.

02

Premium LED product lighting

Layered track lighting, illuminated display niches and bright overhead canopies brought out the color, finish and texture of every featured surface.

03

Purpose-built product displays

Full-height presentation panels, sample libraries and dimensional feature walls organized new collections into clear, highly visible discovery moments.

04

Integrated hospitality + storage

A comfortable consultation area, discreet storage and open circulation supported meaningful conversations without competing with the product story.

03 / GVC SHOW MANAGEMENT

One accountable team

Prepared in Pennsylvania. Managed through New York.

GVC managed the details well before move-in. Our team maintained the show book, coordinated freight and installation labor, and aligned every requirement with the Javits Center schedule. That preparation reduced reliance on last-minute show-site services and protected the design, budget and opening-day experience.

  • Show-book management and deadline control
  • Inbound and outbound freight coordination
  • Installation-and-dismantle labor coordination
  • On-site GVC supervision

The finished experience

Every surface became part of the presentation.

The completed 20′ × 30′ island gave TileBar a bright, disciplined framework for presenting a wide range of new materials. Product, lighting, hospitality and brand identification worked together as one premium showroom experience at BDNY.

04 / CLIENT PERSPECTIVE

“Working with this exhibit company for our booth at BDNY was an absolute game-changer. From the very beginning, their team took a hyper-focused approach to managing our custom exhibit, leaving absolutely nothing to chance.

In the months and weeks leading up to the event, they dedicated countless hours to alignment meetings, walking our team through every fine detail of the design, logistics and layout. Because of their meticulous preparation, our team walked onto the show floor feeling completely comfortable, confident and prepared.

Their proactive planning paid off immensely on-site. The build was so precise and well-coordinated that our reliance on show-site services was kept to an absolute minimum, saving us both time and unexpected expenses. If you want an exhibit partner who treats your brand like their own and delivers flawless execution, look no further. We cannot recommend them highly enough!”
