01 / THE ASSIGNMENT

Make sampling the invitation

A fresh, approachable destination for product discovery.

Vita Coco needed an exhibit that could showcase its naturally refreshing product portfolio and turn tasting samples into meaningful brand engagement. GVC organized the island around welcoming sampling counters, clear product storytelling and relaxed hospitality—giving attendees an easy reason to step in, explore the lineup and stay for a conversation.

02 / THE GVC SOLUTION

GVC combined a reusable aluminum exhibit system with custom millwork, light natural finishes and lush biophilic details. The result delivered the elevated look of a bespoke environment while making assembly, dismantle and future program use more efficient.

A precise, reusable framework made installation and dismantle more efficient while supporting a polished, custom-built presentation.

Custom millwork

Warm wood-look architecture, integrated storage and purpose-built sampling counters gave the space a premium, natural character.

LED lighting + large-format media

Illuminated brand details and high-impact monitors carried product storytelling across the exhibit and helped the island read from the aisle.

Artificial turf + tropical texture

Layered greenery and turf created a distinctive brand environment while defining comfortable sampling, hospitality and conversation zones.

03 / GVC SHOW MANAGEMENT

GVC supported more than the structure. Our team managed show-service planning and deadlines, coordinated freight and installation-and- dismantle labor, and provided on-site supervision at McCormick Place. That continuity protected the design intent, the schedule and the client experience from the first drawing through final dismantle.

Custom Vita Coco product display wall with a large-format monitor, illuminated shelves, tropical planting and wood-look millwork — Integrated shelving, focused LED lighting and a large-format monitor turned the tower into both architecture and product storytelling.
