Before the truck rolls

Four things we lock down.

01

Confirm the hall and entrance

West, North, Central and South Halls create very different move-in paths and visitor patterns. We start with the assigned hall, booth orientation, target freight window and current floor plan.

02

Build the deadline map

Electrical, internet, rigging, material handling, labor and other show services carry their own order dates. GVC organizes the current manual into a working schedule before discounts disappear.

03

Plan the Las Vegas handoff

Advance warehouse dates, direct-to-show windows, marshaling instructions and driver communication must stay aligned. We coordinate the booth’s path from our shop to the correct LVCC dock and hall.

04

Prepare for opening morning

Large Las Vegas shows move quickly and cover enormous floors. We prepare install information, graphics, service confirmations and on-site contacts before the first crate leaves Pennsylvania.

Las Vegas exhibitor FAQ

Answers before
move-in.

Does GVC build trade show booths for Las Vegas Convention Center events?+

Yes. GVC designs and fabricates custom, rental and hybrid exhibit programs, then coordinates freight, show services, installation, dismantle and post-show asset management for Las Vegas events.

How far ahead should we begin planning for a Las Vegas show?+

For a new custom island or major exhibit program, four to six months is a comfortable starting point. High-demand Las Vegas events can require earlier decisions because approvals, service discounts, labor planning and freight schedules begin well before move-in.

Can GVC manage freight and installation at LVCC?+

Yes. We can coordinate the carrier, marshaling and material-handling requirements, installation and dismantle labor, show-service orders, and the return or onward shipment after the event.

Can an existing booth be adapted for LVCC?+

Often, yes. We review the footprint, hall assignment, height restrictions and current event rules, then determine what can be reused, reconfigured, reprinted or supplemented for the Las Vegas floor.

Reviewed September 2026. Venue policies, show dates and service requirements can change. Confirm final details with your event organizer and official Las Vegas Convention Center resources.
